UIA is the insurance arm of the trades union UNISON.

dda worked with UNISON and UIA for over 4 years managing their database of approximately 1.4 million members and producing highly targeted direct marketing programmes on household insurance and other financial services.

dda was constantly analysing the numerous data fields, data modelling and devising targeting strategies, testing and refining marketing activity using data segmentation, profiling and cell response analysis techniques.

We were constantly testing creative and offer response levels, refining messaging and data selections based on profiling variables to maximise ROI. Our work enabled UIA to gain a deeper understanding of their audience and fine tune their offering while developing new products tailored to their market’s needs as well as increase sales revenue.
